Steeplechase and the BRG community proved to be very supportive over these difficult times. Laundry areas gross because no one ever empties trash cans. And they try to blame residents but the rooms are full of leaves. First off management is absolutely ridiculous they fired everyone handling management and leasing agents and then hired a new group of people just as bad. Maintenance isn’t the best either we’ve had them over multiple time to fix our AC unit. They try to up rent without you knowing when we had an initial agreement before we signed the papers.
Sent me a very cold Email when I tried to have my problem addressed. This is not the place if you and your loved one want to be treated like humans. They tricked me into signing a higher lease. Told me there was a “typo” and that I needed to resign. Didn’t realize until the rent was due that the typo was an extra 300 dollars to the rent.
