Welcome to Steeplechase Apartment Homes, a beautiful and vibrant residential community that offers apartments for rent in Knoxville! Besides the interior conveniences, you will love our lush, park-like setting. The private apartment entrances are lined with verdant color and professional landscaping. Plus, if you combine the landscape with the outdoor activities, you’ll find that each day at Steeplechase at Shiloh Crossing is a delight. Come and take a dip in the swimming pool, visit the fitness center for a quick workout, or put something on the grill and let the party begin.

Then, step into a community that takes it a step further, with a dog park and a swimming pool. Steeplechase has 3 shopping centers within 0.9 miles, which is about a 16-minute walk. The miles and minutes will be for the farthest away property. Beautiful surroundings, friendly neighbors and attentive staff.
Pet Policies
Steeplechase and the BRG community proved to be very supportive over these difficult times. Laundry areas gross because no one ever empties trash cans. And they try to blame residents but the rooms are full of leaves. First off management is absolutely ridiculous they fired everyone handling management and leasing agents and then hired a new group of people just as bad. Maintenance isn’t the best either we’ve had them over multiple time to fix our AC unit. They try to up rent without you knowing when we had an initial agreement before we signed the papers.
We are looking for skilled employees to join our growing team. Apartments will have $80 worth of community fees (amenity fee, electric & trash) added to the above prices. Your new location is your private retreat, but just minutes away is all the excitement that you can find in Camillus.
Apartments and holiday lettings with a kitchen
I highly recommend Steeplechase Apts in cockeysville. Located less than 30 minutes from Downtown Baltimore, residents enjoy the conveniences of suburban life with the big city just around the corner. Cockeysville has an excellent school system and several green spaces to foster a sense of community.

WELCOME HOME TO THE RETREAT AT STEEPLECHASE
Even though I'm not crazy about some of the recent changes, after living here 14 years I am still overall pretty darn happy and would recommend to anyone. Steeplechase has done some major improvements and always keep up on maintenance. The city of Cockeysville is a multicultural community that continues to grow.
The local mall provides residents with exceptional shopping opportunities as well as eat-good, feel-full restaurants. It houses Fox Hollow Golf Course, so you know it’s perfect for golfers as well. The Retreat at Steeplechase offers thoughtful amenities and interior features that accommodate your active lifestyle. Interior accents include dark espresso cabinetry, planked wood vinyl flooring, and 2-inch blinds. Personal attached garages and covered parking are also available with select homes.

The maintenance guy came over and was helpful and got my air back up and running pretty quickly. Sometimes I hear my neighbors upstairs but nothing bad. So far I would recommend this place to anyone looking. I applied for a Steeplechase apartment in the Knoxville area on June 26th and it took them 2 weeks to get back to me.

The right amenities in the perfect location make an apartment feel like home. Our deluxe features are designed to enhance your lifestyle. Wind down after a long day and walk your furry friend around our community and beautiful courtyard.
There are also five parks within 8.4 miles, including John Tarleton Park, Three Rivers Rambler, and Frank H. McClung Museum. I love my apartment and I love the community. However, the apartment staff is completely rude and will treat you like an idiot. When I first moved in my apartment wasn't even ready. And they were able to switch me over to a new apartment after a major struggle. Ever since then I've nothing but bad experiences with the office staff.
